Depends on what's bugging you. If your feet are wrecked from standing all day, foot reflexology — 30 minutes for $35 is a great way to try it. If your shoulders are wound up from a desk week, a 60-minute Swedish or neck and shoulder session. If you want a taste of both, the combo at $65. We'll never push you toward something you don't need. Do you sell gift cards?

Do you offer a membership?

Yes. The VIP membership at our Lawrence spa starts at $59/month, which includes one 60-minute session plus 10 to 20 percent off add-ons and additional sessions. Plans can be paused for a month at a time if you're traveling or just need a break. If you're coming in once a month or more, membership pays for itself pretty quickly.

What should I wear?

For body massage, you undress to your comfort level under the sheet — most guests do underwear, some stay fully nude under draping, both are fine. The therapist only exposes the area being worked on. For reflexology, you stay fully clothed; just bring loose pants you can roll up to mid-shin. Jeans roll fine. For head spa, fully clothed too, with a wrap to protect your top from light oil residue.

How early should I arrive?

Ten minutes early for your first visit so you have time to fill out the short intake form without rushing. Five minutes for repeat visits is fine. The booking time is when the massage starts, not when you walk in — late arrivals cut into session time and we can't always extend the end. If you're going to be late, call us so we can let your therapist know.

Can I bring my partner for a couples massage?

Yes. The couples suite is a single private room with two tables side by side. 60 minutes is $150, 90 minutes is $210. Each of you picks your own service and pressure — one can get deep tissue while the other gets Swedish. How do I cancel or reschedule?

Call (785) 865-6806 as soon as you know. We appreciate at least a few hours of notice so the slot can go to someone else. Same-day cancellations are sometimes unavoidable and we get it — life happens. We just ask that you do the courtesy of letting us know rather than no-showing. For couples sessions and longer bookings, more notice is appreciated since they involve coordinating multiple therapists.

Is tipping expected?

Up to you. Cash or card, both work. Most regulars at our Lawrence spa leave 15 to 20 percent, though there's no rule. Nobody on the team is going to make you feel weird either way. If you forgot cash or want to skip the tip for any reason, that's completely fine — the session price stands on its own and the team gets paid regardless.

Do you work with pregnant guests?
